Cleveland Names Starting Quarterback

The Cleveland Browns, following a pitiful preseason week 2 loss to the Washington Redskins, have name their starting Quarterback for week one of the 2014 season, if not the entire season.
Don't be surprised, that name is not Johnny Manziel.
Brian Hoyer was named the team starter by Mike Pettine today in a press conference. Chris Simms claims that Pettine never gave Manziel a legit chance to win the starting job, but speculation is going to spin around anyways. That's just the Manziel bandwaggon.
Manziel sitting is a good move for his career. More time to learn and more time to adapt to the NFL. He's going to probably come off the bench at some point this season, but, only time will tell.
